OTPs are sent via email to the address you registered with. Check your spam folder, and make sure the email on file is correct. If you still don't see it after a minute, tap "Resend OTP" or contact us.
Tap "Forgot PIN" on the login screen. We'll email a one-time code to your registered email address that lets you set a new PIN.
After 5 wrong PIN attempts your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. You can either wait, or reset your PIN using the "Forgot PIN" flow.
Email us from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll process the request within 7 days.
